As part of my collection of ethnographic data, 2 disposable cameras were shared with the youth participants and the volunteers at Animals as Natural Therapy.
The guidelines were minimal (take photos of whatever you like around the farm) and the idea came from a methodology class on photo elicitation.
The plan was to sit down with the participants and talk to them about the photos they had taken, but this project developed in such a way that made this impossible (the cameras were left on the premises of the farm and anyone could use them at anytime). Instead, I look at them now and try to imagine who might have taken which picture, and what they must have been thinking about.

These were some of their captures.
